kaamita.com (Shivansh Retail) is committed to ensuring full purchase protection and customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security, secure payment gateways and customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

7 Days Return Policy for Domestic orders

You can return the product within 7 days from the receipt of order.

Products are only eligible for return or exchange if:

  1. The product is clearly defective/damaged.

  2. Received a wrong product.

  3. The product you have received does not match the images in terms of colour, design, fabric or quality as seen on the website.

  4. You don't like the product.

Note: Please ensure that any product you received from Kaamita, it should be only in Kaamita’s branded courier bag. Please do not accept the courier if you find that the package is not in the Kaamita’s branded courier bag.

Refund Process
  • All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.

  • Price Tag and labels should in its original condition and attached with the product.

  • The product must not be used or washed.

  • The product should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.

  • Original bill, which was received with the product should be returned.

  • The refund may be delayed or not get processed, if the returned product does not meet any one of the internal verification criteria mentioned above.

Note: To return a product, you have to share us clear photos of Shipping bag (In which you receive the courier) and Products. Without sharing the images return process will not complete.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?
  1. User has to visit "My Order" page from "kaamita.com/orders".

  2. User can click on "Return Product" within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

  3. Then follow the further process of return.

Refund criteria and timeline
  • After submitting request for return the product our executive will analyze and assign a courier partner to pick up the package.

  • Return pick-up will be arranged by kaamita.com within 4 business days from the date of return confirmation.

  • Once the courier person comes to pick up the product, kindly capture a picture of the product while handing it over to him. This will help to keep you safe in return approval.

  • Only after receiving the product and quality check, the return will be accepted and refund initiated.

  • Once your return request is accepted, all the refunds will be credited in to the same payment mode through which the order was paid.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, user have to share their bank account details to receive the refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product to Kaamita's warehouse.

  • The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit into user's bank account from the date of initiation.

  • Customers are requested not to return the products through any personal mode, other than the refund may be rejected or delayed.

  • Coupons or gift cards amount are eligible for refund.

  • If product is purchased using physical gift vouchers are not eligible for refund. The voucher amount will be credited into user's wallet for a new purchase.

  • User can contact customer care, if the refund amount does not reflect within 15 days from the date of initiating refund.

Return Charges

Customers do not need to pay any shipping charges to return the product. Kaamita will arrange pick up facility for return.

Exchange

We regret to inform that exchange facility of products is not available for the products bought from our website. Customer can choose to return the product as mentioned above. If customer want to purchase different product then they can get refund amount into wallet available on our website and use the same balance to purchase new products.
