Shipping Policy

We value our customers' time and money and therefore strive to ensure that they receive the purchased product in the best condition, on or before the promised date. To this end, we have deliver your package through only leading logistics and courier partners.

Shipping and Handling Charges

PAN India: We provide free shipping with in India.

We only deliver the product into kaamita's branded packet.

Please do not accept the package if:
  • You find that the product is not in Kaamita's Branded Packet.

  • Parcel is Damaged or Tampered when you receive it.

You can call our customer care at "XXXXXXXXXX" or raise a ticket by visiting at "kaamita.com/contact" mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

The whole amount of your order will be refunded if the order is lost or un-delivered to your selected location.

Shipping Partners: Our domestic logistic partners are: Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, eKart Logistics, XpressBees, DHL, FedEx, Shipway and DTDC.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is placed, it takes 2 to 3 business days to dispatch. Then 4 to 7 business days it takes to get delivered. So the estimated time to deliver the order could be 6 to 10 working days. You can track the shipment once you place the order.

Cancellation and Refunds
  • After placing an order you may cancel it anytime only before your order is shipped to the provided destination. Registered user can check the order status from Track Order into My Order page. No cancellations are permitted after the order is dispatched. You can return the product after you receive, no return charges are applicable.

  • If you make an online payment then after cancellation you can choose "Refund to My Bank Account" or Add Money to the Wallet.

  • If you choose Direct Refund, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Refund process can take up to 7 to 10 working days.

  • If you choose "Add Money to the Wallet", we will add the whole amount paid by you into your wallet. You can use the wallet balance for further purchasing from kaamita.com.

    (Note: You cannot transfer the wallet balance to your bank account. Wallet balance can be used only for purchasing at www.kaamita.com)

  • In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction is failed, your amount will be automatically refunded to the same account within 7 working days.

  • During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.

  • Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.

  • At no point in time, will Kaamita.com issue refunds more than the value of the product.

  • kaamita.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Offers and Discounts
  • Discount coupons and Gift Cards are not applicable on "Sale" and "Buy 2 Get 1" products.

  • You can use either Coupon or Gift Card at a time, both will not applicable together at the same time.
